- Replacement of cleaners by 1000hrs in the event the site cleaner fails to report to work.
- Weekly spot checks by Operations manager on supervisor and site staff.
- Monthly meetings and joint inspections with clients to receive feedbacks and improve issues at site.
- Trained supervisors and cleaners
- Use of ladies’ friendly cleaning tools and selected green cleaning products.
- One time through cleaning of critical areas upon taking over, including toilet descaling, corridor scrubbing, high dusting of offices, lobby glass cleaning and main lobby cleaning. These activities are done over first 3 weeks of taking over.
- Monthly auditing of cleaning operation and company SOP.
